Poor communication and the car was rummaged through. I dropped off my car for repainting a door. It was over the holidays but I had 2 weeks before I needed the car back. On multiple occasions the owner, John, did not follow up and communicate the status of the job being done. It took an additional 2 days of when I needed that car back. The painting was done well, but after picking up the car I quickly realized that the glove box, door pockets and trunk were rummaged through, finding my registration and other items in other parts of the car, including under the seats. Additionally, painting supplies (spray nozzles and pour cup) were left in the car. The painting was fine but the rummaging through my car is completely unprofessional.
