I had a very unpleasant experience at N C Auto Services. On two different occasions when I went there to have my car checked, the owner treated me in a very disrespectful and dismissive way. The first time, he seemed upset and had a very negative attitude. I thought maybe he was just having a bad day, so I decided to give the place another chance. Unfortunately, the second visit was even worse. I waited in his office for more than 20 minutes, and when I politely asked if he would be able to help me, he responded with rude language and a very aggressive tone. As a customer, I believe everyone deserves to be treated with basic respect. The experience left me feeling very uncomfortable and unwelcome. Based on the way I was treated.

Needed to find a new mechanic, wife had been getting inspections done here so we gave them a shot. Glad we did. Had brakes done and i expected all needed to be done, but they said only half needed it. Had another job done, electrical issue. Rats ate some wiring, again asked if we should change the additional caps and he said no need. Very trust worthy!!!

Stopped in to get a copy of my vehicle inspection report (which I was told by another inspection station…that I could go to any inspection station and all they would have to do is scan my inspection sticker and print the report.) I asked the worker at the front desk. His response at first was we’re not supposed to give those out. I explained that I needed it for a ride share company for work. He then said that the state doesn’t reimburse him for paper. Super unhelpful!! I would’ve bought you a package of printer paper if that was your main concern was the cost of paper.
