Simply one of the best local auto repair shops or should I say one of the best anywhere that we have done business with. The thing that really sets this business apart is the customer service because many auto repair shops are seriously lacking in this area and so they don’t have a good front office to really take care of customers, to listen to them to give them time and make them feel welcome! Not so with AXP North! And of course, this is in big part because of the dedication of Heather, who is the front person for the business. I also want to recognize the mechanics even though I never actually talked with them or met them because they just simply did a fantastic job which was a very big job as well to replace the steering rack on this jeep compass 2017 for my uncle. But they did it efficiently and successfully, and the car is now running very smooth and safe. Thank you for such a great experience that really sets a new standard for our expectation of auto repair shops.

View on GoogleScam artists told my wife that her whole exhaust needed to be replaced and quoted over $600 telling her it’s was “dangerous” to drive. I brought it to a well know shop in Brockton and they said everything looked almost new and showed me. They said it had a small crack in the mid pipe section causing it to be louder. They patched it for $50. Unreal.

They changed the oil and replaced all of the wiper blades on my 2007 Acura RDX on 9/18 and then changed the oil on my wife's 2025 Kia Seltos the next day. Both were done in less time than I expected because I waited for them both. They also checked everything so that we could be sure we were safe. They even adjusted the tire pressure on my RDX. I would highly recommend AXP and its staff to anyone.
