I originally was planning on just getting my tires changed at a completely different location and found out. I had a bend in my wheel that needed to be repaired. I was pointed and directed to the great people at Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists and was quickly serviced and taken care of. Staff is amazing and quality of work is outstanding.
View on GoogleIf I could give this place zero stars, I would. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect by a business. The owner was rude, dismissive, and acted like helping a paying customer was a burden. Basic professionalism and courtesy were completely absent. Take your money somewhere that values its customers. They acted like my business wasn’t wanted, so they won’t be getting it again. The level arrogance and hostility in addressing customer concerns should never be tolerated by anyone. When the person running the shop sets that kind of example, it’s easy to understand why the customer experience is so poor. I’ve spent a lot of money on cars over the years, and this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with any automotive business. There are plenty of shops that appreciate their customers this isn’t one of them. I won’t be back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Walking out was the best service I received there.

They had the rim repaired within 24 hours. Alex and the whole crew were fantastic—highly recommend them for any rim repair!
View on GoogleAbsolutely amazing work I had a cracked rim and within the day it was fixed. All at a great price they even made sure the rim was perfectly round it balanced amazing. The customer service is outstanding as well they open at 830 buy I got there a little early they still took care of and had me on my way. I highly recommend going here for all your wheel repairs and fixing top quality place for sure!!!
