The Trail Shop located at 87 high street, Danvers Mass. The place I send my friends for all their trailer need. A superb customer service, everyone there is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, in the last couple of weeks and during the past winter the Trailer shop crew have saved the day, 4 times and got Precision Roofing Services' crews back to work. Thank you, Dan, James, Ryan, Bob and newbie Shannon for a job well done. Uncle Tony P.S. Our 20 yr old heavy duty scissors dump trailers work better now, than when they were new. Great service and accommodation. Very friendly. My only complaint is that the hitch they installed was billed at 298, but after looking at various companies selling the product, it goes for around 199. Labor cost was 130

Very happy with the service I received. I called to get an estimate and the person I spoke with was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed. The estimate provided was accurate and the actual cost of work was a little bit less than estimate. They were able to get me in within a couple days of calling to set up the appointment. The install was well done and when I went to pick up my vehicle, they walked me through how to use everything they had just installed. Would definitely go back & recommend.
