Tim is the only mechanic I will ever go to again. He is the most trustworthy and honest person in this business. He went above and beyond to make sure my emissions issue was not only covered by the Honda dealership, but also that they honored it after multiple rejections from the service department. He even took time out of his day to bring my car to get inspected after.

He went *above and beyond* when I was in the area to help a family member with car problems. I first took the car to see Tim in 2022 (I googled and saw the great reviews) and I am so happy to have found this gem of a place. I immediately felt at ease, great communication, quick turnaround, fair prices. When the car needed work again in 2024 and 2025 I knew he was my guy. It is clear that operating with integrity and honesty is #1 for them and it is SO refreshing to find someone so knowledgeable and kind. I just wish I lived closer so I could take MY car there. HIGHLY recommend.
View on GoogleI only take my cars to Tim and his team. My first experience with Tim was all I needed to never look for another mechanic again. My Town & Country would not start after a battery replacement. After a week of diagnosing the problem Tim called me and was very honest it could have been a faulty power control module or the entire electric system. He advised me to bring it to a mechanic that specialized in electrical issues, and after a week of working on it he did not even charge me and actually refused money. From that point on, any time I need work on my cars its gonna be Danvers Automotive. Honest, compassionate and just a stand up shop.

He kept us well informed on what was needed, coordinated repairing the muffler with another service center. Actually drove the car there and also drove our car to get sticker! Tim and his crew saved us a lot of time and running around. The car is running quietly and smooth. This is how a business should be run. Excellent service, price and attitude. View on GoogleMy son's mother in law was in town from New York for the w/e a couple years ago. Her car died Sunday night just before she was ready to head back to New York. My neighbor recommended I see Tim, which I did Monday morning. Bad news the Transmission! Tim coordinated the rebuilding of her transmission with another reputable company in Wakefield. Tim went above & beyond what I expected. He took care of everything pickup, delivery, and the return and test drive of her car. Son's mother in-law was thrilled with Tim and his efforts, especially where she was an out of towner and nervous about being take advantage of. 2 years later and no issues with the rebuilt transmission. Tim went out of his way to help, he is sincere, honest, and runs reputable repair shop. Tim, Thank you for such a great first experience.
