If I could give this 0 stars I would . I’ve been a loyal customer for over 18 years . However the last few times I’ve been in to get service it feels as if I’m a nuisance???The last couple times I’ve been in even with scheduling things a week in advance only half the things get completed. This last time I got work done on my suspension my rear lug nut / stud on my tire was cross threaded . When I made an appointment to correct the issue and also requested an oil change, etc. again a week in advance notice . nothing was completed but had communication it was all set. When I went to pick up my car nothing was completed and Peter didn’t even have the decency to pick up his phone when I tried to call him. Disgusting how a customer that was going to this shop for years got treated especially considering I brought multiple people to do business here . I will never go back! ! I’m adding to my post ! No you never invoiced me Peter or changed the oil or fixed the lug nut or stud?? or attempted to call me and I definitely never saw you in crutches??? You balanced my son’s tires and did an allignment for my daughter after she had the suspension work done from a friend. It’s ok your true colors have shined through. Sorry about the death in your family but please don’t lie because it’s convenient for you now!! We both know you are lying!

I recently needed an oil change for my Maserati, but was disappointed to learn that the dealership had discontinued their valet / concierge service. First world problems, I know — but with every dealership over an hour away, I was struggling to find a local shop willing to service a car like mine. After calling around with no luck, I reached out to a used luxury car dealer in the area, and they referred me here. From my first phone call to meeting in person, I felt at ease and confident with their care and service for my car. All my questions were answered with patience and professionalism. My husband and I were treated with genuine, honest and welcoming service. We will definitely be back and will be recommending them to others.

View on GoogleJust had new tires and an alignment done. Gentleman I worked with was very nice. My car feels so much better in how it drives with the new tires and the price for them was not bad at all. Will definitely be back in the future.
