Booked a 10:40 AM appointment for my 10K service and arrived early at 10:20. My advisor Willmi Espinal (originally booked under Alexander Pendleton) quoted 2.5 hours and recommended add-ons — HVAC cleaning, a wheel alignment, and an open rear-seat recall. I agreed to everything. Then it fell apart. No updates at all. At 1:45 I was told “one more hour.” At 2:45, “15 minutes.” I missed multiple work meetings sitting in the waiting room. When I asked for my car back, the manager gave me the same “10 more minutes” runaround three separate times. The advisor eventually admitted the recall wasn’t even done — first blaming missing parts, then parts they actually had in stock, then a weekend backlog and short staffing. The story changed every single time. Not one apology from Willmi or the manager. I was still charged $304 for the add-ons (oil service was prepaid). When I asked for any goodwill, the best they offered was $20 — while a coworker was congratulating Willmi on an employee award nearby. Half a workday lost for an unfinished service. Avoid.

Classic tale. I went in for one thing but had another major issue found. However, I'm so happy they caught it! They saved me thousands, and potentially a car accident, by spotting the problem. The best part was that Tom and the tech sent a video explaining the issue, so I had no doubt about the repair. They also provided car service to and from the dealership, which made the whole experience even easier. Tom communicated throughout the entire process, and I'm so happy I stopped in. Can't recommend them enough!

BUYER BEWARE: Left my family unsafe and risked damaging a $40k asset. I am completely retracting my previous review. Ira Toyota of Danvers committed the ultimate service department sin: they flat-out refused to diagnose my vehicle as requested by Toyota corporate, claiming "there were no issues" just to push a broken car out of their shop. My 2024 bZ4X has zero A/C and a failing heat pump compressor that is heavily vibrating. Because the heat pump controls the thermal management for the high-voltage EV traction battery, driving it in the summer heat without active cooling risks permanent damage to the battery pack’s long-term life, degradation, and performance. Worse, they left my family high and dry in an unsafe vehicle. The proof of Ira’s negligence is undeniable: my car is now sitting at Woburn Toyota. Woburn instantly acknowledged the severe failure twice, took the car off the road immediately for safety, put my family in a loaner, and has escalated this to a regional Toyota corporate field technician to step in. Ira Toyota didn't just give bad customer service; they actively chose to ignore corporate diagnostic mandates, risk the battery life of a $40,000 vehicle, and compromise my family's safety. Avoid this service department at all costs.

Made an appointment for an oil and filter change at 10:20am one week in advance. I arrived at 10:05 am and told them I would be waiting for my car. At 12pm, inquired when my car will be ready. My service advisor told me because there is a back up, it will be another 40minutes before they complete my oil change. 2 hours and 30 minutes to complete an oil change with an appointment is unacceptable.

I had a 9:20am appointment this morning for an oil change/tire rotation with multipoint inspection. The advisor said it would take 2 hours. I have never waited 2 hours for this type of service at any Toyota dealer. I actually had to wait 3 hours to get my car back & it wasn't even washed. Not a happy customer.
