Had my car hit, and I make no regrets about bringing it here. Jojo made the whole process so easy, even drove me to the rental car place while mine was being serviced. She texted me updates throughout the process, and called when my car was ready. She was truly the best and I appreciate her great customer service. On top of it, they did excellent work on my car. You wouldn’t be able to tell my car was hit. All around was an amazing experience.
View on GoogleI was recommended to IRA Collision Center because I heard they did good work — unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite. I’ve been calling them for three weeks after they supposedly “fixed” my car, and I still have no resolution. Since getting my vehicle back: • The ambient lighting on both doors no longer works • There’s visible overspray on the window panel • My door is not mounted properly I’ve spoken with Dennis Alvarez and Ben Durham, the manager, but nothing has been resolved. The customer service has been terrible — no follow-up, no urgency, and no accountability. I expected professional repairs and communication, but instead I’m left with new problems they caused and no clear path to getting them fixed. Very disappointing experience, especially after being told they were one of the best.
View on GoogleCustomer service at its very best! My adjuster Peter went out of his way to explain all the details and keep me updated at all times of the progress of the repair. The receptionist was excellent and very helpful, warm and friendly. The car came back looking great. Ira Collison is a 5 star plus.
View on GoogleExtremely poor service. Made an appointment to have car repaired after an accident when told by agent parts were in and ready. Kept my car for weeks without looking at it. After a long period stated that they discovered the need for more parts. Proved that they never began work when car was brought in otherwise would have known another part was needed. Caused me to pay over a thousand dollars for rental car!! After finally telling me car was ready coldly told me that they wouldn’t release car until insurance signed off on supplement which in fact was minimal cost. Led me to believe it could take several days for this to happen. Resolved when escalated to a higher level. I told management that We would never do business with them again!
