Im not happy to review this bad but I made an appointment a week in advance for service. After no response by the end of the day I was advised that the vehicle had not been looked at and that my appointment was just to join a que to be seen. After day two it was clear the service rep was just in it to sell me a car telling me a car valued at 16000 didnt warrant the serious work it needed....I have usually had excellent service. This time I was just a nuisance to them. Ill have to reconsider any business now with the Herb Chambers group. BTW. I did wait a couple of weeks after complaining to them before I posted this with no answer.

Service for oil change was fine no complaints. Only complaint would be the policy not to work on Chevy Vehicles older than 10 years beside oil change. Does not instill a lot of confidence in the brand or quality. Smaller Chevy dealers still service them so I will stick with them.
