Loser’s Custom Exhaust I brought my 2010 Honda CRV in to get the catalytic converter replaced on 8/31/2023. They charged me $1355.36. Expensive but OK. This March I heard a rattle and I took it to my mechanic and he said that the inside of the CAT had come loose and was rattling and it would cost about $700 to put a new CAT in. I figured OK just fix it. When they tried to take the old CAT off they saw that Lou’s Exhaust had broken off the studs back in 2023 and instead of drilling out the studs and replacing them they tried to weld the stud back on to the manifold. They put so much weld in that they had to grind away the $1355 CAT and put washers in and a bunch of silicon to seal up the interface. So I ended up paying $1355 for them to wreck my car. This work was done at Lou’s Exhaust in Chelmsford. All I can say is STAY AWAY. See the pictures.

Scam aware! Extremely pricy! This is a special shop for custom designs but not your ordinary fix place. One piece of flex pipe of $20 part charged for $295 for labor etc. for 10 minutes work. My local gas station told me that it should have been $80 total! It explains why the big shop is almost empty while other shops are so busy and lined up with long wait.

Then I called Lous Custom Exhaust and they had me in same day, did some patch work and sent me on my way for a very reasonable price and have also been there 2 times since and always extremely satisfied. They will take me around the car to show me whats wrong and ask me how do I want to proceed. Now the staff,,,, first of all Casie is like a long time friend would be, always so friendly and we sit and have the best conversations till my car is ready which to me is customer service above and beyond. I always feel like they treat me like they would their own family, but nicer loll. The whole place is so amazing its the friendliest shop I've ever been to and I highly recommend them. Shout out to Casie..... Flowerbomb !!!!

Looks great, sounds great, price was proper, and they employees were friendly/helpful. This is the second exhaust I’ve had done here and both times were excellent.
