Genuinely don’t know how this place is still in business. Absolutely horrible experience. I was there to pick up my car from a police ordered tow as my car broke down in the middle of the street. I got charged fees l I shouldn’t have , but I just wanted my car so I took the bs. I was there waiting to get my car along with a few other people who had already payed yet they weren’t releasing the cars due to a circumstance with another customer who the owners were treating so incredibly awful and unfair. Police had to show up and they seemed to honestly care less. Just horrible horrible horrible experience AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

Actual criminals. Their entire business model is based off you not having of enough money or connections to sue them. They damaged my car while it was in their yard, made me and everyone else wait about 2 hours just to attempt recovery, then charged me nearly $100 extra for services they DID NOT provide. Conveniently they only take cash, but don't have enough money to give you any change. If you ever have to deal with them CALL A LAWYER!!!

This place is garbage. My uncle went there to pick up his SUV that had been towed the day prior, they charged 450 dollars to get it out of the lot when it hadn't been a whole day. To make it worse, they kept insisting that the final pickup is at 3:00 pm to make sure they would charge more money. PURE GARBAGE!!!

Previous review was censored despite being factually accurate. All I can say is if you want any semblance of proper service, use literally any other tow company. They always seem to be on police rotation so they will try to call them; try to avoid that for your own sake.

Chris the owner of the business was verbally abusive toward me as a customer. I asked him to address my concerns regarding the $420 fees that he charged to release my vehicle held for less than 24 hours. He yelled at me and called the police claiming I was disturbing his operations. I never raised my voice at him once (I recently had three vocal chord surgeries and can’t even yell even if I want too, but that’s beside the point). The background story is that the vehicle died on the road 2.3 miles from his business (near Moostones the restaurant). Apparently, his business has a contract with the town of Chelmsford so the police only calls his services. I found the fees excessive because he charged me a supplemental fee of $132 for pulling my vehicle from his yard to the street (less than 50 feet). He insisted that those are the fees set by the Department of Public Utilities and all the fees on my invoice are within Massachusetts regulations. I offered to drive the vehicle out of his yard myself to avoid that fee but he refused. Two hours later the other towing company that came to tow the vehicle to the dealership turned the car on and drove it unto their flatbed unassisted by any cables. This goes to show the vehicle could have left his yard with no service on his part. Worst service and experience I’ve had in a long time anywhere.
