When my car broke down with suspension issues, I was panicking. Normally I try and do all my own work, but due to my current situation it was infeasible. A week ago I would have told you an honest mechanic was a contradiction, but J&R proved me wrong. Incredible service, great price, and honesty across the board! They actually charged less than the original quote!!! Highly recommend these guys, they fix it right without the bs!

View on GoogleJohn is the only mechanic I trust with major repairs in the whole Boston area. I’ve done business with him three times now, and every time he has been courteous, professional and honest. I’d say I actually know how to take better care of my car now, because of how well he explains issues and what steps he took to solve them. There are other good mechanics out there, but go to this guy if you need major work done and need someone you can trust. His turnaround times are quick, he’s flexible on scheduling, and he won’t let you down.

There were several roadblocks along the way and John was very professional and reasonable in working through the issues with me. The prices were fair and reasonable, information and communication were consistent throughout the process. I have recommended J&R to my family and friends.
