I want to give a HUGE shout out to all of they guys at Parker's Auto Service in Dorchester, MA!!!! 😁 My work truck was in need of some major repairs, minor repairs and routine maintenance. 🤩 They took care of everything in a reasonable amount of time and for a very fair price. 🙌🏽 They also did interior and exterior detailing which now has me thinking twice about listing my truck for sale lol. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ (Yes!, they really do work on diesels!!)

Great shop, would highly recommend. The axel suddenly broke on my 2011 Honda Accord and Parker's Auto was able to have it repaired and back to me in less than 48 hours. They are very transparent which I greatly appreciated, especially as a woman From start to finish there was clear communication around pricing, expectations, and timeframe. The shop sent me a video inspection of my car, all of the needed repairs, as well as informing me of what repairs could wait and what was a priority. Also everyone in the shop was extremely friendly. I've never been to a shop that has been so welcoming and honest. The pricing was also fair and the work was good. If you need any work done I would highly recommend Parker's Auto.

I had a complete detail and they were able to remove all the scratches people were so willing to leave on her! They steam cleaned my engine as well as the interior. She looks showroom ready. You’d never know she’s 5 years old; looks as new as the day I bought her!!! Thank you. I highly recommend Parker Auto Service!!! I’m so happy with the finished result. I can’t praise the quality, attention to detail, professionalism and courtesy enough. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer and you’ll be too!!!!

I went to Parker's for what I thought was a leak in the exhaust. It turned out there were a few. They called me and were honest in referring me to a muffler specialist that could put it together instead of changing the whole system which would have been 2,000 dollars. Ended up paying 400 for a job well done at the other place. They saved me a ton of money. Parker didn't have to, but they washed my car which had pollen all over and gave me that smell gift and card which was so nice and professional even though I hadn't paid them a cent. I'll bring my car there for other things down the road. People that run their business based on honesty and helping others deserve the best. Thanks!

My first visit was for a wheel alignment. Service was excellent, and they also did a general inspection. My second visit was for a coolant leak. They were extremely busy that week but still kept me informed of the progress. They are super kind. I emailed them about my impressions of the work and they replied thoughtfully and throughly. The shop is far from where I live, but this is the only place I go now. I will probably visit this month for new battery. Recommended!
