This place should not be authorized to perform inspections. Based on my experience, it feels like a complete scam. I went in for a state inspection without checking reviews first since my sticker was already expired. They failed my car for a taillight and “rear suspension issues.” What immediately raised a red flag was that the inspector wasn’t even the one explaining the results — it was someone from the office who came out and started telling me my car was “unsafe to drive,” trying to scare me into doing a $149 diagnostic. When I asked for a repair estimate, he refused to give me a price and instead kept pushing me to sign paperwork for their diagnostic. He also said that if I did the diagnostic and repairs there, they would waive the diagnostic fee and pass the inspection. That didn’t make sense — labor and parts would obviously cost more than $149. I declined and left. The next day, I picked up a taillight bulb from the dealership and was heading to my mechanic (a different shop) to have it installed and to check the suspension. On the highway, my car suddenly lost power, the engine light started blinking, and I could barely go over 40 mph. I had to pull over into the emergency lane. There were no visible issues under the hood, but I was able to carefully drive it to my mechanic. After inspecting everything, my mechanic confirmed that the suspension was completely fine. He also scanned the car and found a very unusual code — not something commonly seen. After clearing the code, my car immediately went back to normal and drove perfectly. My mechanic (not this inspection shop) only charged me $80 total to install the taillight, check the suspension, and fix the issue. While I was at this inspection shop, I also witnessed another customer being quoted $140 for a basic oil change. For comparison, my mechanic charges $40 if you bring your own oil and filter. At this point, I don’t even care about their “free retest.” I would much rather go to a different, legitimate inspection station and get my car inspected properly. I have no interest in going back and risking being failed again for something that is completely fine. Overall, this place uses scare tactics, avoids giving clear pricing, and pushes unnecessary services. I genuinely don’t understand how they’re still in business. I would strongly recommend going somewhere else.

They’re my go to mechanic! 🧑‍🔧 Great service and nice people. No overcharging. They always take the time to explain to me what exactly is wrong with my car and why it needs the certain fixings. I’m able to drop off my car and pick it up in the same day

Frauds! They charged me 35$ to put a brake light in , and told me after they put it in, that is something I can literally do on my own for free! I dont like when men try to get over on women. I will NOT be back . He must have ties w the gas station across the street because at 1st he says they don't take cards bit when he realized he was gonna charge me to put a lighy bulb in then all of a sudden I can use a card

Please and please Don't go near these guys.Drove in for what i suspect is alignment and wheel balance issues.These guys decided to diagnose my car.The Indian guy said I need to change d front axles,service caliper and then do wheel balance/alignment.Cost is above 2 grand i said i dont have such.Was quickly introduced to this auto credit card. Unknown to me d charge is 34%interest if I am not able to pay back d 2 grand back in 6 months(just discovered that now).In 2 hours these guys said dey complete all of d works.i suspected scam arrangemnet but was in a Hurry to get back to wok,i allowed it slide.a week later, my car stopped right close to their shop.car unable to engage gear.managed d car into their shop.Dis guy started telling me about some gear box flushing work.that I need to pay for again.I got so annoyed and I told him no.The car never had this problem before I brought it in.Because I was about making a scene he quickly fixed it and I took my car back.dis indian guy told me that people spend more that 5 grand in their shop and never make so much noise...That is my story.A long and painful one.If you want to experience Such......

It’s insane how much they overcharge you. Mind you I came with my own breaks and rotors. The Indian guy told me that he could do it for 1200. When I said no, he tried to work a price and said “since you a regular customer I can do it for 800” went to the shop next door and they charged me 300. A month later I had to due an inspection so I went there just because it was the closest to me. My lights needed to be changed so I brought my own parts again, the same Indian guy was trying to charge me 300 dollars. I was like you know what I will not even do my inspection here at all, went to another shop they charged me half the price for front and back lightbulbs change. So if you are new to cars please do not go there. I don’t know why they have not ran out of business.
