I went to the Toyota dealership, brought my own oil and filter, and they agreed to do the change. This was a good experience, especially since Valvoline previously refused to use my oil and filter. The service took about an hour. I had both an oil change and a tire rotation done, and the total cost was $80. The workmanship was excellent, and I was able to watch my car while it was being serviced. Overall, it was a smooth experience, the staff were professional, and the price was reasonable. Thank you for everything.

Excellent service. I had a great experience bringing my car here for the first time. No check engine light on, however it was making squeaking noises. Since I have never changed the CVT transmission fluid, I might have damaged the transmission permanently. Fluid was replaced and the car sounds better. Mike was kind, knowledgeable, and explained in detail all these things. Definitely recommend this place and bring my car later when needed.

I would personally never recommend this place to anyone. They were shared to me through a mutual friend who had good service with them but that didn't work out for me. It started with the bad transmission. I didn't really hold that against them; I understand that parts can come out of the box not working, stuff happens. What really grinds my gears is that I gave them carte-blanch to look through my car. They were able to identify 'a crack' in the muffler but then I had to take the car back to them almost immediately because they could not put the muffler they replaced on properly, double whammy. Multiple days without a car for work and nothing was knocked off the price for the inconvenience and failure on their end.

This place is awful. They screwed me over every chance they could get. I had to have my headlights replaced and they were able to do it, But they destroyed the alignment of my bumper in the process. They had to fix my side mirror and it literally took them two weeks. And when I finally got the car back, the driver door light was completely broken and all they could tell me was “oh sorry we broke it when we were taking the door off to fix the mirror.” He looked me in my eyes and told me he’d order a new part and never did. And on a final note before I was able to get the right mirror on the car, they bought me one without Blindspot monitoring because it was cheaper and they wanted to try to pull a fast one on me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
