I received outstanding service from Nick's Parkway Auto. Nick was clear and direct but not pushy whatsoever. I'm not a car expert, but he helped me understand the issues my car was having. He also charged very reasonably. Maggie who was behind the counter was a pleasure to talk to. Very personable and funny. The service was quick. I had to repair my car battery, change my oil, and swap out the air filters, which only took a couple hours. I will certainly be going back for the great service.

Favorite shop in town! I have been coming here for the last 4 years and these guys always make sure I leave happy with my car. I had an accident about a month ago and they repaired everything like new and I had my car back within a few weeks. I also had this subtle whistle sound that was difficult to identify, but with some sleuthing, they identified the source of the sound and corrected! I would definitely recommend this shop, they make you feel like family.

Went in for an inspection he said I needed front rods without giving a price he did the work and came back with a bill for $893 then I said that’s too high so he knocked it down to $693, then my van has a weird noise coming from it after the inspection, I tell him about it he gets annoyed and says I can fix saying the van already has this issue! Then says it’s the control arms he would me a favor by working on it and would still charge me $1450 brought it to another mechanic and he said the control arms and bushings look in great shape! I call nick back and say the control arms from my second opinion (my regular mechanic) look fine and he says to me “well this is just an idea” $1450 he wanted to charge to not even be sure of something just to bring you down a rabbit hole! Do not go here!

Do not recommend going here. The lady do not listen to me when I specifically asked for a TNC inspection when I got there. They did a state inspection on my vehicle even though I had just gotten the inspection done 2 months prior and did not request a state inspection. The lady was very rude and started arguing with me and telling me I was wrong and that I never specified what I needed done when I clearly specified that I had called and came for a TNC inspection to be done on my vehicle. I was then double charged for the inspections. I will not be going back here and do not recommend to go here. They charged me for their mistake.

Been going here for about 8 years before I moved out of state. Amazing shop, extremely friendly, never had a problem with them. Very reasonable on their prices and they do amazing job. They keep you updated on your car, while it's on their shop. Never had to worry about my car being in their shop. Before leaving the state they made sure my car could make it across the country without spending to much money and it made it. It's at 230,000 miles and running without any problems.
