View on GoogleExcellent service. Was quoted 1,600$ for brake overhaul by Toyota, and this shop gave an excellent quote, with next day service. They offer pickup at your home or work, and can drop off. No hassle, straight to the point, do great work, and not there to rip you off. I would highly recommend this shop for any car issues.
View on GoogleThis is a long overdue review! I've brought three different cars to Wagner and his team several times over the years. They've always done excellent work at an extremely fair price, and work so quickly. Normally I call the day before I'm hoping to come and they can always squeeze me in. But what I really want to highlight is Wagner's kindness, good humor and empathy. As a woman, and someone not well versed in cars, I often feel intimidated and frankly naive when working with mechanics. Wagner has always made me feel welcome and at ease, and has explained things in depth. For me, this is almost more important than great work and good prices. One more thing: They are now offering door-to-door car pickup and dropoff at no additional charge. They'll pick up your car from your home, and return it after the work is complete. It saved me a ton of time and headache, highly recommend!

There were many things wrong with my car, but Wagner was able to fix them all quickly, and at a fair price. He is so friendly and kept me in the loop on what he was doing, and when it would be ready for pick up. I was hesitant bringing my car to a mechanic in the city, but I would recommend NE Brake to anyone who has an issue with their vehicle: they do it all!
