I cannot say enough good things about this shop, any time i’ve had work done here it’s been done right and they are reasonably priced. McCracken is an honest shop, they’ve never tried to push more/unnecessary work getting done on my car; which unfortunately is common amongst other shops trying to make a quick buck. I leave my car with them at ease. Between Stephanie (Receptionist) and Jason (Supervisor) the communication is immaculate. Extremely friendly and professional as well. With a nearly 15 year old SUV… I’m lucky I found a good shop that cares about what they do. I will continue to use McCracken any time I need work done!
