So someone in my living area got bored and decided to key random cars mines included. I was so stressed out and my friend recommended me to luxury. I met with Robert and Franchesca who immediately took over and made sure the whole experience went as smooth as possible. I just turned my car in and in less time then I expected my car was ready with fresh new paint incredible job detailing and a beautiful buffing job. I even asked if that was my original car. lol I’m amazed at their work there dedication and customer service is top of the line. I will be there loyal customer from now on and I highly recommend people to come and get there needs met here . Trust these people they are here FOR YOU. I leave some before and after pictures of “LA BABY” enjoy like I am.

Luxury auto repaired my car I call them at the moment of the accident and they came right away on the tow truck, provide me a rental and help me with all insurance process. This is a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️shop. George picked me up at the state police barracks in south Boston after my steering wheel seized on the turnpike going from Plymouth Mass to Maine. He is very conscientious , understanding .. very patient and kind. I told him he was a great driver. We had nice conversations and he even bought me a coffee! I am so impressed with this gentleman I just wanted to write that even though I, personally, had a bit of a harrowing day… his expertise in such matters made the situation so much lighter. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Luxury Auto Body in Boston, and based on how things went, I would not recommend them. I brought my vehicle in expecting a professional, high-end experience based on the name and the impression they give off, but the actual service fell far short of that. From the beginning, communication was poor. I felt like I had to keep following up for basic updates, and even then the answers I received were vague, inconsistent, or not especially helpful. When you are trusting a shop with your car, especially for body work, you expect clear timelines, transparency, and some sense that the business is taking responsibility for the work. That was not my experience. The overall process felt disorganized and frustrating. I was given the impression that things would be handled professionally, but instead I was left feeling like I had to chase them for information and advocate for myself at every step. A body shop should make the repair process easier, not more stressful. Unfortunately, this experience added stress rather than reducing it. What bothered me most was the lack of accountability. When issues came up, I did not feel like they were handled with urgency or care. Instead of straightforward answers or a genuine effort to make things right, I felt dismissed. That is especially frustrating when you are dealing with something as important and expensive as auto body work. Customers should not have to fight to get basic communication, reasonable service, or confidence that the job is being handled properly. For a business presenting itself as “luxury,” the customer experience was anything but. A luxury-level business should be detail-oriented, communicative, respectful of the customer’s time, and willing to stand behind its work. My experience did not reflect those values. I understand that mistakes can happen, and I do not expect any business to be perfect. But what matters is how a company responds when there is a problem. In this case, the response left me feeling like my concerns were not taken seriously. That is the biggest reason I am leaving this review.
