This was the first annual service for my Minnie. Everything was handled professionally . The cost was covered by my purchase price. Staff was friendly, courteous, and focused on providing full service. The only drawback was the time required.

I was greeted promptly by Theresa, who was my service advisor. My 2017 X-5 only needed basic annual maintenance. The dealer also had a contractor on site who polished my nine year old wheel rims. My car was ready for me when it was promised. The price was what I expected to pay. Very satisfied!
