Shoutout to AL & EMMA at Gerardo’s for getting me into my Porsche Cayenne Turbo GT. As a first time buyer for a car of this tier, Al and Emma made the process smooth, and simple. Al is a great to work with; he is relaxed and focuses more on educating you about the cars rather than trying to push the sale, and as someone who is also in sales myself, I greatly appreciate that. He also helped me find the proper lender, and also helped me exit my current car lease. The experience was as impressive as the car is. I would purchase my next car here without hesitation. I highly recommend Gerardo’s to anyone.

More than five stars for Gerardo’s. I’m incredibly grateful for the honesty, communication, and quality of service I received. I had been quoted an astronomical price elsewhere for my wheel bearing repair because another shop insisted I would need an entirely new knuckle due to a completely seized bolt. Gerardo’s team took the time to really work on it instead of immediately replacing expensive parts. They worked tirelessly to get the bolt out — even though it was difficult and time-consuming — and ultimately saved me from a much bigger repair bill. The turnaround was quick, everything felt extremely fair and transparent, and they communicated every step of the process clearly. My car is now driving great, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the care and integrity of their work. Highly, highly recommend. I’ll absolutely be returning if I ever need anything else for my car.

I’ve been bringing my cars in to Gerardo’s Foreign Car Service for many years now and I’ll continue to do so for many more. The staff is professional, informative, and a pleasure to work with. I bought my last three cars there and have had Gerardo’s service them, even though I am now a two hour drive away. The work they do is worth every travel minute. Al has the best crew anywhere and Emma keeps the jobs running efficiently. They helped me get my current car and I couldn’t be more pleased. It’s a beauty and it will stay that way because I’ll continue to have all the servicing done at Gerardo’s Foreign Car Service in Roslindale.

If I could give Gerardo’s 10 stars I would. I have a MB/ GLS 450. Since Aug. 2025- March 2026 I have been taking my car to MB Westwood over 6-7 times with the same Air Suspension problem. They would replace valve block and lines many times, it would be good for a few weeks then another malfunction light would come on. At the end of all this they said I need to have a complete Suspension done for $13,000. My husband use to be a mechanic. We finally came to the conclusion they did not know what they were doing. Heard about Gerardo’s, had my car towed there, found parts that were put in wrong by the Dealer. They fixed that problem and a brake assist problem-total $1,900. Far cry from $13,000. My car drives like it was new now, Al, Dave and Jeff, I can’t thank enough. I love my car, I will tell everyone I know how honest and professional you people are. Thanks for caring !

Wouldn't WASTE my time again. I inquired about a vehicle they were selling. First a generic email responded. After a few day, I had to reach out to Emma to see if the car was available and ask a few questions about it. At first, the communication was there. Emma answered most of my questions. Once I requested a video of FaceTime to view the vehicle, that when the dodging started. First was they were busy, then it was passing my number to someone else because they know about the car more. Never heard back from anyone. Emma stopped responding. Horrible customer service which is probably the vehicle hasn't sold or there is a major issue with it. Would have appreciated if they were forward with me instead of ghosting me.
