Very disappointing customer service. The employee I spoke with, Emelys Tire shop, did not even make an effort to have a proper conversation and came across as rude and dismissive. As customers, we expect basic respect and professionalism, regardless of the size of the job. I have visited many local businesses in the area, and unfortunately this was one of the least welcoming experiences I have had. The problem was not the service itself, but the attitude. A business can make mistakes, but treating customers with courtesy should be the minimum standard. Management should seriously consider improving customer service and ensuring that employees represent the business in a professional manner. Based on my experience, I would not return.
