I brought my 2015 Nissan Murano to Brighton Motor Service for a second opinion after another shop quoted me nearly $4,000 for an exhaust repair. Freddy was amazing from start to finish. He was very clear in explaining what was wrong with the car, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured into any repairs. The team was able to diagnose the issue, complete the repair the same day, and charge what I felt was a very fair price. The final cost was around $1,500, which was significantly less than the original quote I received elsewhere. Most importantly, the car is now running perfectly and the loud exhaust noise is completely gone. Great communication, honest service, fair pricing, and quality work. Such an awesome experience! Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. Went in for an oil change and one of the guys took me to look at a couple issues with the back breaks and a quote on how much to fix them along with a check up on how everything else seemed good. Excellent hospitality and excellent work! I will definitely come here for all of my car work.

They told me my brakes needed replaced during my oil change and so I came back and got that done here too. The rotors were getting rusty so they definitely needed it. While they replaced the brakes they rotated the tires for no charge which was nice of them. I will definitely be back when I need work in the future.
