Incredible service! My beloved car got hit by a falling tree branch. Insurance wanted to total the car which was completely unnecessary. TK fought with the insurance for me to reverse the "total loss" status and did an awesome job repairing all the damage. Communication was great throughout. 1000% recommend.

View on GoogleI know this place has a high rating but I would like to caution people - as long as money is flowing, Im sure they were pleasant to work with. However, when I had difficulty with Uber (I drive rideshare) and my insurance company, and the disagreement had rung up a sizable bill, I was yelled at by their owner BK who demanded I follow his specific directions. When my insurance company gave an initial no, they kicked me off the lot - telling me specifically that it was a “me problem”. No. This was a Allston Auto problem. When money is in doubt - to them - I got to see who they really are - they worry about $$$ and they lack integrity. Having working in a family business that opportated on the exact opposite set of beliefs, my suggestion is to try Allston Collision next door who at least treated me with respect when I called them.
