They don’t know how to treat their repeated/long time customers; the work and employees have gotten questionable over the years. Unless you need a quick inspection, go in a different direction! It gives an illegal auto shop nowadays smh
View on GoogleBrought my car in for a repair, and that was a mistake. They were unable to diagnose the issue after a week and did so much damage to the inside of the car hammering the wheel hub that the break sensor doesn’t work, as well as other issues. Took a week to even get my car back. Would NOT recommend for anything other than an inspection as they do not know what they’re doing.

View on GoogleI gave this shop multiple chances, and they let me down each time. A month ago I had a simple light come on, did the free reading from autozone so I knew what the issue was, and so I scheduled an appointment with AZ Auto to drop off my car at 8am so they could take a closer look. I hear nothing all day, and finally at 4:30pm, a full 8 hours later, I call them and they inform me that they didn't have the time to look at my car that day. So I took it home. I brought it back this week, for the same issue that still isn't resolved. I booked a 12pm appointment, and they said they would get me an answer before 5....so a half day later. What's the point in scheduling an appointment if you're going to hold it for hours on end? They send me an email at 4:30 with the results of the inspection, but it's half complete. I call them and ask when this work can be done by, and the person on the phone cannot answer the question, simply says "We won't be able to finish by EOD tomorrow, we have to order the parts" and when I ask how long it will take the parts to arrive, he just keeps asking me to submit a deposit and schedule the repairs, but won't answer the question. I ask him to call me when he has the answer, but he calls the next day with no further details. And so I picked up my car, so that I can take it elsewhere, and they INSIST on charging me over $150 "for the diagnostic". This is beyond unacceptable. I did not ask for a diagnostic, and no shop I've ever been to has charged for this. EVER. They even inspected my car and gave me an estimate for services I never remotely asked for (Battery, brake pads, tire rotation, typical mechanic scams). I refused the service, wanted an explanation for why this diagnostic was done, and got no answer at all from the person at the front desk. This place is rude, poor communicators, disorganized, and just wants to scam you, go literally anywhere else and don't waste your time like I have.
