Had a massive issue on the Interstate and these guys were able to hook me up and get me back on the road in three hours on a Saturday! I would highly recommend them if you are ever traveling through the area and need emergency assistance.
View on GoogleDon't let them put tires on for you! The first time we went to them, they used a torque wrench to put a tire & wheel that we bought from them. They stripped one of the lug nuts by torquing it too far (rounding it off). My husband was able to pound a smaller socket onto it to remove the bolt. Costing us only another nut. This last time, that didn't work. We had to get help to get it off and ruined the lug bolt and marred up the rim horribly. When I called after it happened, we were at a loss as to what to do. He said to get a tow to his garage (which he said he would NOT pay for) because he didn't have a tow truck. He said, you get the car to me and I will replace the used tire with another used tire. So, this time, it cost us a week without my car until we could get help to get it off, a lug nut and a bolt, and a rim. He has had every opportunity to apologize to me and didn't. Wouldn't admit to any wrongdoing... blamed it on the nut! In my opinion, no tire shop has any business using a torque wrench to put your tires back on. In the real world, people don't have torque wrenches with them when they get a flat tire on the side of the road!!
