I’m not one to leave reviews, but Joe and his guys were so great I knew I needed too. My car ended up having two issues in one trip, but one was a major engine issue that happened right before the exit of Shelbyville. Found them third on a list on Google (which Google needs to bump them up) and they were thankfully able to get me in, diagnose it and fix it in two hours and back on the road at a super reasonable price. I wish I lived near Shelbyville to keep going to them when I have an issue, but if they don’t end up opening a place in my town, I’ll be very tempted to tow my car to them. I definitely recommend them if you’re within driving distance or have an issue near Shelbyville. They are knowledgeable, reasonable pricing and great at what they do. I appreciate you guys!

View on GoogleI normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel like people should know about my experience with Auto Pros in Shelbyville, KY. I brought my vehicle in and was originally quoted a price for the repair, including labor and parts. The shop ended up keeping my vehicle for nearly 3 months waiting on the part to come in. After all that time, I was then told the price would be $1,900 more than what I was originally told $2310. Multiple ram dealerships told me it would be $3100 parts a labor. Unfortunately, I did not get the original quote in writing, and that’s on me, but increasing the price that drastically after holding someone’s vehicle for months is unacceptable in my opinion. Communication throughout the process was frustrating, and the entire situation caused a major inconvenience. I understand parts delays can happen, but customers deserve honesty, transparency, and consistency when it comes to pricing. I would strongly recommend that anyone doing business here get every quote and agreement in writing before leaving their vehicle.
