I’ve been coming here for several years now and honestly don’t want to take my car anywhere else. They are the type of business that remembers your name, is honest, and reasonably priced. It’s all you want in a local car repair place. They will do anything my car needs. They are super communicative and speedy. I have never had any issues with the work they’ve done. View on GoogleI wouldn't bother with this place unless your car is in pristine condition. I was charged $90 yesterday to be told that all of my hardware was completely rusted and seized. I jacked up the car today to see what needed to be replaced and every single bolt came loose immediately with normal effort. All of the threads are in fine condition. I'm sure he looked under the car for 2 seconds, saw rust, and quit. I'm fine with paying for his time if he couldn't actually do anything with it. But when I can break loose every single bolt laying on the ground with the car on jack stands using a $25 harbor freight 3/8 ratchet, something doesn't add up. I've been very pleased with this place in the past, but I'm very disappointed now.

The knowledge Aaron has in suspension & is outstanding & unlike any other person I’ve ever met. I wish I lived in the area so I can always come here whenever I need adjustments. Thank you Aaron for your amazing work dialing my alignment in.
View on GoogleAaron and Kevin are truly the best shop I have ever experienced for all car repairs including alignment. Our new Audi was taken to the dealership twice to correct the steering wheel tilted to the left when going straight. Both times the problem was not corrected and we were even told the tilt is within specs. Took car to Northwest this week and Aaron quickly made an adjustment which corrected the problem and the steering wheel is now straight.
View on GoogleThis company is amazing! As I understand it, the two main guys are brothers, and both of them are incredibly knowledgeable about anything suspension. They also have incredible voices - I could listen to them talk for ages. If they created a podcast on anything automotive, I would definitely listen to it! When I drove in, my car felt like I was dragging a hundred pound weight behind it everywhere. My husband and I had installed coilovers and added camber adjust (specialty upper control arms in the front and stabilizer arms in the rear), so it desperately needed the alignment. I watched Aaron work, and it was like I was watching a work of art. The way he held and moved his tools, the way he did the various tasks - you could tell he REALLY knew what he was doing. And when I drove away, it was like driving on silk. The car handles so beautifully now! Very pleased with this service, and very reasonable prices!
