OK, this is my second review for LZ-- and really the reason for it is that I was, again, floored by their honesty and great work. This time I brought in 3 of my older cars in to be serviced. I started with an old Porsche 911. I had a door latch broken and the airbag light was on. They fixed the latch with a new part and was able to fix the airbag light by getting the airbags to talk to the PCM module. Only charged for the latch, even though the airbag was more of a concern. Swapped the 911 for an older Mercedes that had a trim issue that kept the top from closing (that I had looked at by another shop-- and they said they couldn't help). They fixed it, but again, didn't charge me for it because it didn't take them much time. Lastly, my daughter's VW was also fixed-- also no charge-- because again, it didn't take much time. Who does this? Any of these 'no charges' could have been a $1000 charge, and I would have expected it. These guys are honest and so good with these old cars.

I’ve always had great service with my BMW’s at LZ’s, mainly keeping my old 2005 convertible going for years! Friendly, knowledgeable and honest staff. They take the time to answer questions and are convenient and prompt when scheduling appointments.

We have always found the staff to be very communicative and informative on issues that have come up on our vehicles. The work LZs performs is excellent. We had a recent significant differential repair that was handled promptly and completely and saved much money over the dealership estimates. We will continue to take out vehicles to LZs for not only the competitive pricing but also the personal communication and trust I have with their services.
