Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. Communication was top-tier the entire time — Mason kept me updated every step of the way and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customer experience. The work itself was flawless. Huge shoutout to Wes for the incredible craftsmanship — the car came back looking 10/10, better than expected. Attention to detail was spot on, and the quality speaks for itself. Darren also deserves credit for running a solid operation. Great leadership, great team, and awesome customer service all around. If you’re looking for a body shop that actually delivers on communication, quality, and professionalism, this is the place. Highly recommend.

After having my car worked on at Rahal I needed to have some bodywork done as well. They recommended Connans so I took my AMG S63 over there. After being out of town for quite a while I finally was able to get my car back. Their work is second to none! I had some special needs about transportation of the car that they handled perfectly. Don’t usually do reviews, but these guys are an exception and the best!

This is the only place I will take my vehicles for body work. This is my second time working with Connan’s. Dealing with body work is usually a result of a negative experience but Connan’s makes getting your car fixed and back on the road a breeze. Mason consistently communicated with me the entire process from start to finish and was able to answer any questions I had. These guys are the best!

Never settle for less than stellar work if you have a choice! And Connan’s does perfect work in my opinion. I had work done at Conan’s 2-3 x in the past 10-15 years and the quality was exceptional every time. This time my repair needs were because of an error by another driver who did significant damage to my Toyota Avalon Hybrid Limited pearl color .the car did not have a lot of miles on it as I had so few miles to drive to work the past 5 years and then I retired. Ffankly was contemplating trading in for a new vehicle just because …. Well, not so any more! They repaired the damage, and cleaned up the auto & it looks and smells just about new. The inside leather seems new and no dust to be found. The body parts replacement seems perfect and the paint so nicely done. Rebecca kept me appraised of the steps and the time for each and the anticipated finish date. Picked it up and it is all repaired and it looks 5-7 years younger just by the work and excellent paint job and cleanup of the auto all over inside and out. Even my wheels appear great again. I believe I am going to keep this Toyota Avalon Hybrid Synergy Limited Pearl color for a few more years. Thank you so much Connan’s Paint and Body shop. This was my first experience with Connan's, and I couldn't be any more pleased. I brought them a Bentley with a dent to the front fender which would require repair and repainting. Their workmanship was excellent, and I couldn't be happier with the repair. The final bill was actually less than the estimate they provided, and very reasonable considering a high-end vehicle. Perhaps even more impressive was the level of customer service. Rebecca works the phones and front desk, and in my case, was also the customer rep assigned to my repair. She regularly texted me updates as to the status of the repairs; i never had to call and ask what was going on, or when I could expect the car to be done. Open communication means a lot, and It meant a lot to me to have someone caring enough to take the time to provide me regular, unsolicited updates. Rebecca is truly an asset to the company. I'm a customer for life. After this experience, I wouldn't take a car anywhere else.
