I called due to an issue with my 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 Bighorn. Spoke with Terrell and advised my truck was shifting funny and vibrating while idle. I was able to bring my truck in the same day. Terrell informed me the ignition coil was bad and needed replaced. Since I was due for an oil change and tire rotation, I asked if we could also get that done as well. I had to keep my truck overnight but was able to get everything fixed and tided up! GREAT SERVICE AND GREAT PEOPLE!

They asked us to pay $64 for a tire replacement that should have been covered under warranty. the staff were quite rude. They tried to blame us by pointing to minor scratches on the rim, and also asked for an additional $40 in labor just to install the new tire, which is honestly unbelievable. It all felt like an excuse to avoid responsibility. Very disappointing customer service experience. We would definitely not recommend this place. update= I suggest to you, if you would have been as polite to my wife as you are in your Google review replies, you never would have received my first 1-star review. And with your ridiculous standards that I've never heard of in my life, we are no longer interested in doing business with you.

Routine oil change became a challenge. The last place I took my truck to tightened the oil plug way too tight. Your service guys said the bolt head was rounding and didn’t know if they could do it. They kept at it and sure enough they were successful, and put a new oil plug way in. Been going to Riley Park for 40 some years and always satisfied.

The team completed a thorough investigation, went outside of their way to remove the Lug locks that I did not have the key for. Also noticed that one of my TPS sensors that was replaced less than six months ago was faulty and completed that at no additional charge. They are the best!
