Where do I start? Two weeks before I dropped my truck off to be worked on I stopped by to let Holland have a look and get an appointment. This was the last good experience I had. Fast forward 2 weeks later the day before the scheduled day of work I drop the truck off so he'd have plenty of time to work on it the next day. My scheduled day was a Friday. He told me it'd be done that Saturday/Sunday. That was fine with me. I stopped by that Saturday and the truck had not moved from where it had been parked. He had not even pulled it into the shop yet. That Monday I called him 3 times throughout the day to see what trouble he was having. No answer. He ignored my calls for 24 hours straight. That Tuesday I finally got him on the phone. He told me he was having a hard time on the suspension and needed some more time. I said that was fine and to please keep me updated via a phone call should the new timeline of that Saturday change. He agreed. He did not keep me updated. I show up that Saturday ready to pay him and take my truck home. It was not done. He had not even started on it. Find you this is 3 weeks after he first looked at it and a 1.5 of him having it in his shop. Now I explain that I need the vehicle back as this is my daily driver. He asked to keep it one more day to get a better understand of what needed to be done. I agreed only if he would leave it outside so I could collect it in the morning (Sunday). So Sunday morning I show up ready to take my truck home and wouldn't you have it! Guess what never happened? My truck was never backed out. It was locked inside his shop still on the rack. Do not trust this guy with anything you want back in a timely manner.

View on GoogleAlways great working with Bob. Had a frozen tie rod. Belle tire wouldn't even check the alignment. Bob did an alignment with the frozen rod because I didn't want to ware out my new tires. He said if I was going to buy one I should think of replacing both because they aren't too expensive, if I planned to keep the car. I bought two, he cUT the old ones off to save the good rubber boots. Now my car practically steers itself down the road.
