Travis is a great mechanic who is very knowledgeable in his trade. Prices are extremely fair. The shop will do a front to back inspection upon receiving your vehicle and will inform you on anything that may need worked on as well as letting you know what needs to be done versus what can hold off. That way you’re never feeling like you’re being taken advantage of nor having a bunch extra being piled on when your vehicle is being worked on. Very trustworthy business so if you’re looking for a local mechanic Travis at DTD Automotive is your guy!

View on GoogleI can’t speak on the mechanical work, but the customer service was very bad. Brought my vehicle in and got it diagnosed. I was told I would be contacted about what repairs would need to be done and costs. I came back in several times just trying to get a price. I kept getting told I would be contacted soon about it but never did. Literally a month and a half later I get an email about how much it would cost. I sent multiple texts, called and left a voicemail and sent an email saying I wanted to schedule an appoint to have the repairs done. Here I am nearly 2 1/2 months later for initially going in and I still haven’t had to work done and I haven’t heard back from them for weeks.

I kept hearing a rattling in the rear end of my car, my muffler was loose he literally found the problem in 1 minute, and fixed very quickly and proficiently!!!! Rates are unbeatable!!!! There are good honest mechanics who actually enjoy their job!!! Very nice shop!!!!
