Great people, great service, got me in and out, im a 30 yr tech and I can see these guys are professional in their work. Good quality parts at a very affordable price. It's hard to find a honest place to work on you vehicle but this is the place in this area. Thanks guys.

I drove my 4Runner cross country and knew I had a small oil leak but thought I made it worse after the 1,700 miles of pushing my old engine. Was able to bring it into Tire Central within a day and they were able to confirm it's the same minor leak I knew about so they let me head out with no charge which I was surprised and grateful for. Would've totally understood a small fee for their technicians time. They did remove a screw from my tire and said nothing, but it was obviously just the head and caused no puncture so no big deal. Overall very nice staff and if I were staying out here, I'd definitely make them my go to spot.

My experience is one star because of the check out process. The check in process was 5 stars! Which makes me sad writing this review. It took awhile before someone came to the desk. I understand it's Friday afternoon trying to get work done before the weekend. Once someone came they couldn't find my paperwork. I had asked earlier I needed to take a picture of the tire for reimbursement purposes but they just put it in my trunk so now I need to find a place to dump it. They couldn't print a receipt which I needed for reimbursement purposes again. You're only as good as your worst day.

The online price is great but if there's ever a problem there is no warranty the explanation I got was something that I wasn't quite expecting it was pretty much you got your tires at a very cheap price so basically we didn't charge you enough to provide you a warranty.. you would think the manufacturer would cover the warranty.. other than that the staff is friendly and do provide a good service just always get everything in writing.

Consumer Beware – Faulty Parts, Misleading Warranty, Zero Accountability I am beyond frustrated with Tire Central and feel obligated to warn other consumers. I purchased struts from this shop roughly two years ago. They failed within a year. Getting the warranty honored was a battle—I had to fight relentlessly just to get them to acknowledge the failure. For six months, I complained about noise and defects before they finally “acquiesced” and replaced them under warranty. Now here we are less than a year later, and the replacement struts have failed again. This time, the shop flatly refuses to replace them, claiming they “only warranty one replacement.” Think about that: You buy a defective product → it fails → they replace it → that replacement fails → you’re on your own. That policy tells you everything you need to know about the quality of the parts they use. If they had to stand behind them beyond one replacement, it would clearly cost them too much. That’s not customer service—that’s a bait-and-switch business model that shifts the risk onto the customer. To make matters worse, after discussing this the day before, I was told to come in and that the job would take three hours. I took the morning off work, rearranged my schedule, showed up—only to be told then that they would not honor the warranty. Apparently this decision was “written on the log by the phone.” So why wasn’t I told before I wasted my time? Tony, the owner, will not return my calls. Instead, the staff hides behind “policy” and shuts down any real discussion. I’ve spent thousands of dollars with this company over the years. Loyalty clearly means nothing here. There are better repair shops, better prices, and far better warranties elsewhere. Learn from my mistake. I am now pursuing this matter in small claims court. Consumer beware—stay away from this repair store. And by the way the fact that they have a huge Goodyear sign on the building they accept Goodyear credit cards they are not a Goodyear store. I have found Goodyear stores to be much more reasonable in customer-centry. This is just all about profit..... Screw the customer.
