Went in for engine replacement. Quoted me literally double what I paid for a worse used engine than I was able to get installed driving just 20 minutes south down Binford. Waited for the work to be completed at the other unnamed place that I won’t name because I want this to be considered a legitimate review and not some advertisement. They were kind to me, seemed professional, and I can’t speak to their work so 3 star but I will say cost needs seriously examined. Whatever price was going into their labor was absolutely astronomical because the engine price I paid was still on par with what they were discussing on cost that would go into buying that. They quoted me about 12.3k installed for an 80k mileage used engine and I ended up paying 6.3k installed for an engine with 60k plus mileage and warranty. The thing that really got me was that the person I was speaking with at Christian was telling me how crazy expensive a new engine was at about 7k so they would get me a used engine with over 80k miles on it then dropped about 12.5k on the estimate. If you read this.. just think about that for a second, he didn’t tell me the price of this used engine in comparison but with that total price and weighing that you can understand why I declined service there. Honestly very disappointed I took my vehicle here and wasted the time after reading reviews about reasonably priced. I had amazing service and no issues after half the price. :(

My experience with CBA was excellent. The guys are all very welcoming. The few times I've been in, they have gotten my car serviced quickly. This last time though was for a bigger repair and I couldn't be more at peace knowing the issue is taken care of. From the honest diagnosis to the shuttle rides to the timeliness of completing the job. I took my car in on a Tuesday and it was completed by the end of the day Friday, which we thought it would take closer to the following Monday. Sean honored to waive a fee and honestly, it was the cherry on top. As a woman, I need an autoshop I can trust and CBA is trustworthy. Thank you!

Their shuttle service made everything extremely convenient, and I really appreciated how smooth and stress-free they made the experience. I brought in my son's car to have Christian Brothers take a look at it after a family members referral. I've never worked with them before. I was able to get an appointment super fast and schedule online which was nice. The airbag light was on and they were going to do some diagnostic tests to nail down the exact issue. They were upfront with the diagnostic fee. After all the tests came back they had to refer me back to the dealership to get the work done. Despite doing the diagnostic work, they did not charge me the diagnostic fee, which may be standard practice across the board for all I know, but it was something that I really appreciated. I will absolutely be back for my future service needs. Trust matters and Christian Brothers earned my trust today.

I brought them a vehicle with 30k miles that was untouched. Spent over 7k and received back finger tight bolts, wrong bolts/hardware, wiring harness not clipped in oem location, boot prints on bumper, etc this was a complete lack of professionalism.
