Very professional and easy to deal with. Reasonable price for excellent work. They estimated 4-5 days for repairs, completed it in 3 days. Appreciated receiving text updates throughout the process. A nice surprise to see the interior had been thoroughly cleaned when I picked up the vehicle. Will definitely return for any future repair needs.
View on GoogleI have always used Fisher's Collision Repair for body work done on my car. They do amazing work! I took my car in on Monday for an estimate and even with having to order a part, the work was done by Thursday and they kept me up to date periodically with texts. I would recommend this shop one hundred percent!!
View on GoogleAs to my experience, Mike Solis wasn't customer focus. His interaction with me was limited . When I arrived to pick up, he walked pass me, he never acknowledged me. The ladies at counter on the hand were very helpful. I asked about the sound heard. Mike didn't advise of they finding. He never approached me. I worked in the insurance for over 30years in this type of customer focus wasn't what was expected. I give high marks to the ladies at the counter, I would suggest that Mr Solis learn from them. While technology is a wonderful tool, personal human contact is still very important thank for attention

Clear communication the entire time my car was in the shop with the text updates, and the car’s exterior looked gorgeous upon return - like new! A nice surprise was the interior clean performed before I picked it up. I fully planned on taking it to an interior detailing service so it felt brand new, but it was like it was already complete. Would definitely recommend to family and friends should they need their services.
