I put a negative review yesterday, I didn't get my car for 3 weeks and I didn't get much information for when I'd get my car. I called multiple times to ask when it'd be ready considering I'm a college student with no money and my only source of income is by delivery driving with my car. The owner talked to me on the phone and said it was ridiculous I would leave a bad review and claimed that it hadn't been 3 weeks when it had been. Thankfully I got my car today, and Cory was super nice and helpful, thank you Cory! The only reason why I'm still leaving a bad review is because of the owner's response. It was extremely unprofessional and honestly just rude. He lied and tried to claim it'd been only a week or so as if I can't count the days on the calendar, and then he said it was my fault that it took so long because I didn't pick up the phone for 3 days out of the 3 weeks it took to get my car. And when I came in to get my car Cory was the one apologizing to me for his bad attitude. Negative reviews isn't there to shame you, it's there to help you grow as a company.
