If I could give 10 stars I would. For starters, Walt is a great guy. We've been working with him on my wife's 1967 camaro rs/ss for a little over a year now and he feels like family. His passion for classic cars bleeds into his work and it is reflected by the finished product. He listens to what you want to get out of your project and he delivers on it. Second , his Quality is bar none far above most in the fading world of the classic car industry. If it isn't safe or if he wouldn't drive it he won't let it leave his shop. He keeps you posted on cost and works his best to keep your project within your set budget. The man is an absolute wizard and I am not exaggerating. Thank you Walt for everything!

It's been a journey. I have learned so much about my '67 Camaro and am thankful for a mechanic like Walt. Started with a drag racing car that I wanted to make street legal. 427 BB that belonged to my dad I'm not a mechanic and all I wanted was to keep what I had with out taking away what my dad built. When most would just change the whole car, Walt saw my vision and made that happen! Takes time to rebuild a drive train, suspension, wiring and more but the wait is well worth it. Custom built for me. So many options out there,. probably easier ways to build a car. my vision came true. If your looking for a build definitely check out Walt's Hot Rod. A passion with a vision.

I was seeking someone to do some painting on my crash helmet, and Walt's was suggested. I called and spoke with Walt. He said he didn't paint, but knew someone who might, and he would get back with me with this person's contact info. In the meantime, I was lead to a shop that could do the work, and they have my helmet. I called Walt and thanked him for his efforts, and he said no problem. IF I were looking for a shop to do "hot rod" work, I would definitely contact Walt's Hot Rod Shop!
