Bill Estes Ford Service Department

Service seemed ok. Did everything they said they would and got it fixed. Getting with Technician’s is dangerous! Standing out in the driving lanes. Very poor set up for such a nice dealership. I like Pearson’s setup much better. Ford had a racket charging for software updates!!! Wow what a way to make money. My passenger window electric window quit working by automatically going back down at the closed position. $451 to fix with software updates. What a moneymaker for the dealer and Ford. Will be looking at Chevys more seriously now. Technician was inexperienced! Very impersonal with the software messages and approval process. Very negative upfront experience but they did repair everything fine which is the good part Just a lot of money for a software updates!!!!. Oh well.

Well in detail and keeping it professional I probably won’t bring my truck back to this location. The service sucked, lack of response, no pride in their work! I bought my truck new a few months, it had a recall and was due for an oil change so I figured bring my truck into the location I bought it at. They did a poor job at fixing the recall and some damages and greasy fingers over the headliner along with the reassembly that left one of the pre collision sensors not working and warnings on the dash. This was after I had picked it up from a service. Not to mention the price of the oil change was different than what I was told on the phone. There was an adjustment on that. So I figured since I picked it up in the evening I’d get ahold of the service department in the am. Well, the run around starts. No returned call until I call towards the end of the work day and magically service managers aren’t available. So an hr or so later finally a call back with excuses, I finally got it scheduled to bring it back to correct the problems. I drop it off and the better part of a work day I was contacted that it had been fixed and the items I showed them in the morning were corrected. I was told they were going to double check it and call me back. I show up an hr or so after this hence I don’t have a ride home so I want to make sure I figure out what going on. They bring the truck up for me to check it out and look over the work minus a back order part that was damaged. Screw left out on the floor and parts still undone, service foreman fixed on spot. Yes things were corrected the second time around. What an embarrassment for the dealership. So I was promised gas top off free oil change next time around and detail the inside of the truck. None of this done and no mention of it which isn’t the point. My point is it was the biggest hassle to bring a truck with 5k miles that I bought new there months ago. Also a repeat customer. I don’t care if it’s made right or not I’m giving my honest opinion about my experience. The service department sucks. It wouldn’t matter if it was a brand new Lincoln or a used fiesta, you should not treat peoples cars that way in my opinion. Double check your work check on your guys a little quality control goes a long way. Once my parts come in for the damaged one I probably will take my business elsewhere. People rely on good quality service as well as workmanship. This only applies to the service department the salesman have always been on point without a hassle. Most people wouldn’t say how they feel but here it is. Please take the time to read this through and think about it before responding. Thank you,have a good day… Jacob Patterson

Great experience with the Service shop! Called to set an appointment to best meet their schedule. Experienced excellent service, not rushed, The Works oil change, Motorcraft fluids, tire rotation, video walk around and suggestions based on current mileage needs. I appreciate the detail and kindness shown. Great experience!

Took me three trips to the dealership 45 minutes away. One time was an hour and a half due to snow. Once I finally got the car got home. They put new tires on it. They scratched them all the hell my rims. they obviously don’t know how to put wheels on

Vehicle spent 13 days in the shop due to connectivity issues. All the steps the Ford engineers made the tech go through failed and ultimately resulted in modem being hard reset. Situation could have been resolved in a day or two. Service advisor showed little concern, did not call numerous times after stating he would call me. My vehicle only has 6k miles on it and I wasn’t offered a loaner vehicle. Only received loaner after calling Ford Customer service and complaining. Only then did I get into the Essential Loaner program. I should receive a loaner anytime this vehicle is in the shop until warranty expires.
