The quality of the work was top-notch, and he took the time to ensure everything was done right. What really stood out was how easy and stress-free the entire process was. After my previous experience, that meant a lot. I hope I don’t need another windshield replacement anytime soon, but if I do, Tier One Auto Glass will be my first call. You just call them and they send someone out the same day to fix it. View on GoogleI would leave 10 stars if I could!! I have had 2 previous windshield replacements on other cars. After both replacements, I had a terribly annoying buzz coming from the windshield when I drove at high speeds. And the buzz got worse with time. After having a new car only 3 months, I was hit by another rock and the chip splintered right away. This time, I wasn’t going back to the same place my insurance recommended. Tier One was recommended by a friend who had them repair his daughter’s windshield. The Tier One scheduler got my car in within 5 days. The shop was immaculate, and most importantly, I’ve had my new windshield for 8 weeks, and it doesn’t buzz! I hope I never need a windshield replacement again, but if I do, I will absolutely call Tier One first!
