These guys are FANTASTIC! Had an issue with my car pulled in and told them what was going on and he took a look and put in 3 quarts of oil and said have a nice day. Didn’t even charge me for the oil he put into my car!! Thank you and I will definitely be back and tell everyone they need to use you for all their repair needs.

I was in a bind staring down an impending 8 hour trip with no AC in my vehicle with only a few days before I was set to leave. I had tried recharging the system and it didn't help at all. I was pretty sure it was the compressor, but I didn't think I could get it repaired in time. There were no rentals available for miles. I was well and truly over a barrel. Not to mention I figured getting a new compressor put in was going to cost me a small fortune. Enter Larry and his staff. When I called, they said I could drop the car off and they would look at it that day. But not just the same day, they wound up looking at it immediately! Like, while I was there giving them the my info! They ran some pressure tests to see if it was a leak, and checked to see if power was flowing to the compressor. The bad news... Bad compressor. Figures. The good news? It was far less to fix than I thought and they could get it done that day. In a few hours, in fact! I won't torture this story any longer. The bottom line is, they fixed my car quickly and for a very fair price for a new compressor. Everything works, and I'd not only do business with them again, but I'd recommend them to anyone looking for an honest mechanic. I spoke to Larry himself when I arrived and he took care of me. He and his staff do wonderful work. I know it's terrifying when you have to deal with a new mechanic, but I feel safe saying that Larry and his crew seem reliable and fair. Give them a shot and I think you'll be impressed.

Our van decided to have the engine light turn on the day before a trip to North Carolina. Every place I tried was booked up and wouldn't fit me in. Except for Larry Carter's Auto Repair. They said to bring the van over and they would look at it right away. I took it in at 7:45 in the morning and was out by 9:00 with a complete tuneup. Very friendly people and very quick and thorough. Highly recommended.

Had my car in the shop for what Ron told me was an internal combustion issue,.Ron replaced the valve cover gasket, and plugs, mind you the car wasn’t running because of a spitting, stuttering misfire. Ron replaced the gasket and plugs, told us car was ready. Picked the car up within 2 blocks I took the car back because it was still stuttering, Ron cleaned the throttle body out, car ran decent that day. Next day we call them again, car still stuttering not running right, they say. Bring it back in, we did , still not running right. 7 trips back within 3 weeks, still not fixed, Ron tells me on the phone they don’t know what’s wrong with it, but these crooks charged me $769.00 and it still is not fixed, so small claims it is. Don’t take your vehicle to these guys if there isn’t a code, they don’t know what’s wrong. But they’ll take your money no problem

Had them install 4 new shocks and my bill was over $800.00. Lesson learned that you should get a quote 1st. I'm sure they did a great job but I feel as though I was overcharged.. .my truck is a 1987 mazda pick up and similar quotes at a tire shop was $400 I thought I would give them my business as they would have my truck already on the lift for a fuel tank install
