Todd has done a handful of paint jobs on my mini bikes, and the results have been outstanding. Hes always given a straight forward honest answers, has reliable and quick turnaround times. I believe his work speaks for itself.
View on GoogleI believe he's a good painter and certainly a nice guy. But totally unprofessional in my experience. Danced me around for 4 weeks even though I had all the paint codes exclusively in the brands he paints with. Didn't even research it until 3 weeks later after I called to check on the progress. Said he was locked out of his computer and his paint rep wouldn't respond back with him. Total waste of my time and running my parts back and forth to his shop. They all say can do it and hurry up and get it to the shop, and then drags his feet, like he doesn't/ can't do the work or paint candy. Do yourself a favor and find someone else to do your custom paint work. He's not professional by any means
View on GoogleI have spoken to the owner Todd at least 8 different times on the phone in the last 90 days. I have left at least 20 voicemails, some even directly with staff about a project. I have corresponded via email for 120 days, with the answer that they are busy and will get a quote back to me as soon as possible. The company has left me hanging for 4 months rather than just say they don’t want my project. The website showed great work but their customer service appears to be some of the worst I have experienced. If they did not want to do a super cool project for a celebrity, I wish they would have just said so and I would have moved on, but they just kept telling me they were busy and promised to get a quote back ASAP. I highly do not recommend doing a project with this company if you want it done in 6 months or less.
View on GoogleIf you're not spending a ton of money with them they really don't want to be bothered with you. I waited 2 weeks to get in by appointment then drop my car off and was told it will be done in a couple of days I waited till the 3rd day and called to see if it was done only for the owner to tell me I'm not that important of a customer by spending $900 he has other jobs making more money and I have to wait another week before he can do it needless to say I picked up my car once I got home I noticed my passenger seat floor mat had a red stain from some sort of die or powered substance I just paid $200 for these custom floor mats I've been trying to clean them for 2 days now I called the the owner for him to say no one ever got into the car thank God I'm not like I used to be or all hell would have come down on this place.
