Indy CDJR Service Department

We scheduled an appointment and offered to leave it rather than wait. The fan blower is not working on levels 1 or 2. We also asked to include an oil change. 4 days later after asking for daily updates, we called stating we were coming to pick up the vehicle. They asked if wanted the oil change. We agreed. Upon picking up they stated they never had the chance to look at the issue and handed us a bill for $139. The convenience of using a local dealer is not convenient at all. We are scheduled with a dealer in Indy. Do not waste your time or patience.

Took my Challenger SRT8 for an oil change. Had an online coupon for $49.95. The service advisor stated it would be a little more than that for my car. Having had my oil changed here before, it usually ran around $79. After the service was complete I was handed a bill for $160. No tires rotated. Just an oil change. When I asked why it was so high I was advised it was the rate for my vehicle. In the future, I will get the price in writing before any work is done. I'm sure I can find better pricing elsewhere.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I made an appt @ 7:45am for my 100k mile service on my Ram 1500. I get there a few minutes early to drop my truck off and uber back home. When I get all checked in the service advisor tells me “It might 48-72 hours before we are able to look at your truck.” None of that was told to me until after my truck is dropped off. I return home and hear nothing from my advisor by 4:30pm. I called the number on his business cards the rings directly to Kahlo CDJR in Noblesville!! 😐 Then call Estes CDJR directly and get my advisors voicemail. The next morning my advisor calls me and tells me they have STILL NOT looked at my truck. 😤😤😤😡😡😡 I called back later that afternoon just to be sent to the general mailbox of the service department. Now on day three, I called around 10:30am and ask to speak to my service advisor, to no avail. Heading into the weekend, knowing my truck was just gonna sit there and not be serviced, I decided to pick my truck up and take for service else where. When I arrived, service advisor made zero efforts of any explanation or apology just drove my truck around to me and said have a great day!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND BILL ESTES CDJR FOR ANY SERVICE!!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Bill Estes Ram and I could not be more impressed with the level of service I received. From the moment I drove in, my service advisor Dave was welcoming and eager to help. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and guided me through every step of the process. With complete transparency the service manager Darla, helped bridge the gap between B. Estes recommended service and MOPAR recommended service. My best friend just traded in his Ram 1500 with 366,000 miles. I expect that with the future service my Ram with 96,000 miles will still be running fine at 366,000 miles in Bill Estes service team care. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is their top priority.

I paid for an Oil Change on my Vehicle there in October 2025, only 4 months ago. After opening the Oil Cap, with some muscle help from a friend to look inside ... The Mechanic there at Bill Estes Chrysler did NOT change my oil. My Oil is Disgusting. It's Insane Thick and Milky from my Mechanic there Not changing my Oil. But, I was Charged for an Oil Change. Why are the Mechanics there LAZY!! ??
