I can’t say enough good things about Indy Autowerks! Dan recently worked on my kid’s car, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. He was incredibly responsive, got the job done quickly, and the quality of work was top-notch. It’s hard to find an auto shop that’s both trustworthy and efficient, but this place absolutely delivers. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of honest, reliable service. Dan swapped my engine and clutch this winter while I was in a pinch. He was very well versed in what he was doing and got my work done at a great price and short time. Since the fix he’s checked in with me to make sure my car gets the maintenance it needs to be sure everything is running smoothly. Highly recommend! Had my car at another shop for over a week and got nowhere with a diagnosis. Indy Autowerks (Brownsburg) was recommended to me by Range Rover Dealer in Indianapolis. I called and left a voicemail stating my problem. Owner of Indy Autowerks called back within the hour. Really listened to what issues I was having with the car and offered some possible sound reasons. Was very accommodating and said I could bring it to him today (most places have at least a week’s wait). A delay in getting my car back from the auto repair that currently had it caused me to get it to Indy Autowerks just before 5 pm. I figured it would be several days minimum, but he called me back in 30 minutes and had it fixed!! Fixed in 30 minutes when the other auto repair had it for over a week! The owner of Indy Autowerks is very knowledgeable and explained exactly what the issue was and how it was fixed. He spent almost 30 minutes answering my questions, was very patient and thorough. Very happy with Indy Autowerks and recommend 1000%!!!

This guy will never touch my car again. Dropped off my MG on October 14th, 2024 to have wheels and hubs replaced. Had the wheels and hubs delivered 3 days later. It took 5 months to get my car back. From December ‘24 until February of ‘25 he would not return a text or a call. When I caught him at his shop for once, he ran and hid when he saw me through the locked door. At that point, I had to call the police, no idea what he had done with my car, had not even been able to see it since November. Magically, finally got a text back. Was told for the 6th time that he was starting my car next week. You guessed it! Didn’t happen. Oh, this time instead of his multiple rounds of Covid, various strains of pneumonia, there was no signal in the mountains he was exploring to return any calls or texts. In the end, when I finally demanded my car back, would not let me test drive or even start her up until he extorted his invoice out of me. Yeah, screw that guy. Oh, and if he tells you it will come back washed, waxed and polished? Lol, it was a mess. And the 200 miles he put in it was kind of, yeah.
