The team here took great care of my vehicle and made sure I got the four tires I needed. I Interacted with a number of different members of staff here during my visit and all of the interactions were stellar. I'm very thankful for everyone's hard work.
View on GoogleCame in for 4 new tires and left with a grinding noise coming from my front right tire. The person working on my car had someone standing there talking to them everytime I looked over and they didn't like an employee. Couple of times there was some yelling and scream coming from the bay like kids playing around. I should of avoided this place after my last visit when they double threaded one of my lug nut and said I needed to be the one to replace it. Lesson learned I guess. Update. This morning on the way into work I noticed my car shaking at speeds over 45. Upon inspection I found two lug but not torque down properly with damage to the thread and there were NO weights to balance the tire.
View on GoogleOne would think a Tire Barn would be able to get an alignment done right the first time, wrong... head back to the shop let them know they didn't fix the alignment correctly... in fact made the alignment pull the opposite direction originally pulled, thier response well we can get it back on the rack in couple hours or so... customer service is lacking... not worth my time to argue. Do not recommend

There were a few issues with getting parts (which makes perfect sense, it was a Sunday and I was getting all new rotors and pads), which was unfortunate but unavoidable. But everything else was perfect! Chris was exemplary and kept me posted on what was going on, and even caught an issue with the parts a few times and ensured my vehicle was 100% and didn't rush it. Great team at this location!
View on GoogleI came in thinking I needed four new tires and all brakes redone also a oil change. This would’ve totaled probably $1500 at least . They shocked me when they called back and said that my tires are still in good shape and that I didn’t need them and also that I only needed one brake pad change. I brought in a couple coupons as well and one of them was for half off an oil change and I got it for $33 which was amazing. They did the check on my car for free. I am definitely getting my brakes done here when they come iin a few days!! Excellent customer service!!!
