Our spring break road trip to see out of state family did not go as expected, as suddenly we were broken down, on the side of a busy highway, in what seemed to be the middle of nowhere. However, once we found Advanced Automotive, It was like we were with our family already! They went above and beyond and helping us get back on the road, meanwhile, our kids were more than content as they watched A movie and drink hot chocolate in the comfort of the waiting area. Anna, Stacey, and Patrick got us back on the road in no time and at the best price! We are very thankful to have had this situation come about, and even after arriving in our destination, our kids are talking about the fun they had waiting for our car to be fixed! As a mom, I can’t emphasize enough how thankful I am for the team at Advanced Automotive in Avon! If we lived there, this would be our place to go. I should note too, that there was a family waiting before we got there, and I could tell that the team was giving them the same type of care. That’s the type of care that leads to trust, and just what we need in this world! Thank you, Advanced Automotive!

I had an amazing experience with Advance Automotive. I was helped by Josh, who was incredibly professional and very thorough. I had my car fixed within a day. I really liked their after hours drop off service, since I was not able to bring in my car during business hours. They provide you with a free diagnostic service as well! I am highly satisfied and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get their car serviced.

Advance has always been honest with us when we need to take care of something right away, can hold off on a repair for a little bit, or if we really don't need to worry about it being repaired at all. Telling us that we can get by not fixing something tells me that they are honest and not just in it to make a buck. We trust them with all of our automotive needs. We have 15+ year-old vehicles that need a repair here and there, and they've always taken fantastic care of us.
