I am severely disappointed with this business. I dropped my car off two weeks ago today. I am doing this out of pocket which means, I must not be important enough for good service since no insurance money. I have had no updates. I called on Tuesday and was told in paint shop, I kindly asked for a courtesy call Thursday afternoon so I would know if I would need my rental past today. No phone call, I showed up this morning and was told my car would be ready this afternoon. No phone call went there at 5:30pm (doors say open until 6:00pm). No one was there so now I will have to extend my rental until Monday tomorrow. I will change this only if I get some respect for this kind of treatment.

I had a great experience. They did an excellent job with my truck. Whoever the painter was, I have to say that I am very impressed. They way that the paint was blended, it looks as nothing ever happened. Eric was also very friendly and answered all my questions. This is what customer service is all about.

Avoid this place, especially if you value honored work. Because here, it seems to be optional. The ringmaster, Dylan, basically just sat and told me that what happened to my vehicle didn’t happen to my vehicle. Funny, as I was the one driving and I don’t recall him being anywhere in the vicinity. Must have a crystal ball or something. Zero stars. Go anywhere else.
