The owner was such a nice guy — I’m pretty sure his name was Kurtis. I had an exhaust break right at the resonator on my 2012 Ford Escape, so I stopped by Ralph’s as a walk‑in. He got me in right away, looked it over, and told me he could weld a new one on for only $205, which was incredibly affordable. I told him to go ahead, and they had it finished in about 20 minutes. He was so kind, and they did an excellent job. I’d recommend them to anyone!

And in addition, no appointment necessary and in the instances where I have waited, done and out of the door in no time at all. One more thing. I had them do a repair. I heard something still rattling the took it back, tighten the bolt. No charge. No extra charges. Done and back on the road in 30 minutes. Top shelf

View on GoogleAwesome experience. Called Ralph’s in Avon after being referred to them by three out of 11 companies I had previously called. Kurtis and his team did not disappoint. I brought in a 2008 Chrysler 300 C 5.7 wanted suitcase muffler replaced with two magnaflow magna packs and rear muffler delete connecting to 4 inch outlets. Kurtis reassured me that my car was in great hands and they got started. When I came to pick up the vehicle, Curtis was very personable and made sure that I was satisfied or in my case more than satisfied with the services that his company had provided. To be honest, there’s no need to call anyone else. Family owned Business that actually cares about the quality of the work they provide. Only took them just under two hours and I paid 20% less than the next closest company, as well as receiving the best service. Thanks again guys.
