Sometimes it's the little things that makes businesses shine and makes you remember them when you're in need. Recently my daughter bought a car with an emblem on the back tailgate and we didn't have the right tool to remove it. We had worried about stopping by a collision center and being taken advantage of, and most could easily or would have easily did that if I wasn't there to help my young daughter. However when we stopped by Diamond Collision there was nothing but smiles and willingness to lend a kind helpful effort to remover the emblem. The guy was too notch (I just remember his brother worked on railroad) Very awesome guy and he made Diamond Collision shine this day by taking 10-15 mins and helping without a charge - and I am a firm believer that small good deeds do get rewarded. Thank you Diamond collision for helping and doing it with a good ethical heart. Our family does not forget businesses who do business right! Also just to note: Since my daughter was didn't want the emblem- and since you were a military supporter....I made it a point to preserve the emblem and apply it to a service members vehicle that will carry on the emblem proudly and have meaning. All because Diamond Collision paid it forward!!! THANK YOU

Diamond Collision for the 2nd time did a professional job of major repairs on my SUV. They saved me about $2000 from the quote as the body shop was able to repair a panel instead of replacing it as originally expected. My experiences have been nothing but exceptional with them. Staff is courteous, thorough, and helpful in every aspect. They have earned my respect and confidence since I moved into the greater Indy area. I would not hesitate to recommend them for their services.

We could not be happier with the repair experience. Quality work and excellent communication. They even gave him an antler club t-shirt when he picked his car up.
View on GoogleBEWARE!! Don’t use them if suggested by insurance. They work for the insurance company NOT for you. If you know more than the average person about your vehicle this is NOT the place for you. Unfortunately it was too late for me, hopefully I save someone else.
